Service Status
The Service Status screen provides a summary of the operational status of each of the Pipelines registered on the LiveCompare server. The screen may be used to verify that the RFC Destinations and Test Repositories in each Pipeline are functional and ready to be used.
Status information for all RFC Destinations and Test Repositories is retrieved each night by a scheduled task named Tricentis LiveCompare Server Status, which runs on the LiveCompare server.
The Service Status screen may be accessed from the LiveCompare Dashboard by clicking the icon. The screen has the following sections.
Service Status
The Service Status section displays a banner summarizing the status of all the registered Pipelines.
-
A green banner (OK) means that all Pipelines for which status information could be retrieved are operational and ready to be used.
-
A yellow banner (Warning) means that at least one Pipeline’s RFC Destinations or Test Repositories may require attention, and that no Pipelines have an error status.
-
A red banner (Error) means that at least one Pipeline is not operational, and at least one RFC Destination or Test Repository require attention.
-
A gray banner (None) means that no status information could be retrieved for any of the Pipelines.
