Apps Usage App
The Apps Usage App audits the run log information on the LiveCompare server to summarize how Apps and workflows are used at your site. A Dashboard report shows the status, top users, top Apps, top workflows and usage distribution over various time periods. Further details are provided in an Excel report.

Running the App
To run the Apps Usage App, select the App from the Home screen and create an App variant. Click ‘Run’. When the variant has completed, its results may be accessed from the App Cockpit screen.
App Results
The Apps Usage App generates a Dashboard report which includes the following charts.
App Status Summary
This pie chart summarizes the execution status for each App that has been run.
Workflow Status Summary
This pie chart summarizes the execution status for each App that has been run.
Top App Runs
This bar chart summarizes the top 10 Apps that have been run, showing the number of times each App has been executed.
Top Workflow Runs
This bar chart summarizes the top 10 workflows that have been run, showing the number of times each workflow has been executed.
Top App Users
This bar chart summarizes the top 10 App users, showing the number of Apps each user has run.
Top Workflow Users
This bar chart summarizes the top 10 App users, showing the number of workflows each user has run.
Top 10 Fastest Apps
This bar chart displays the execution time (in milliseconds) for the top 10 fastest Apps.
Top 10 Fastest Workflows
This bar chart displays the execution time (in milliseconds) for the top 10 fastest workflows.

This column chart displays a summary of the of App runs by year, showing the number of successful and failed executions.
Workflow YYYY Summary
This column chart displays a summary of the of workflow runs by year, showing the number of successful and failed executions. The 0000 column is used to indicate workflows called by the Run Workflow action that do not exist. Technically these called workflows are ‘run’, but they do not have a start time.

Analysis Input Data
This Excel report contains a copy of the input parameters used to produce the App’s Dashboard report. The value of each input parameter is stored in a separate worksheet, which is named after the parameter whose value it contains.
