LiveCompare Password Reset

If you are unable to access your LiveCompare account, carry out the following steps to reset your password. Note that this feature is not available for LDAP users.

  1. Click the ‘Can’t access your account?’ link on the LiveCompare logon screen.
  2. In the LiveCompare Password Reset screen, enter your LiveCompare user name, and click ‘Continue’. An email will be sent to the address associated with your LiveCompare account.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from LiveCompare. Click the link in the email.
  4. In the LiveCompare Password Reset screen, enter a new password and the same password for confirmation, then click ‘Submit’.
  5. Log in to LiveCompare using your new password.
