IMG Results

The ‘IMG Results’ page of a Hierarchy report includes IMG comparison results. The report has the following structure:

Each folder in the IMG hierarchy is marked with an icon indicating its comparison status. The icon for the IMG Results folder indicates the IMG’s overall comparison status.

Icon Description

Hierarchy Same icon.

The folder objects are the same in each of the compared systems.

Hierarchy Different icon.

The folder objects are different in each of the compared systems.

Click an object name to display comparison details for the object. Comparison details are available for the object types listed in the Create Hierarchy Report action’s ‘Types for Details’ action property.

Each object in the hierarchy is marked with an icon indicating its comparison status:

Icon Description

Hierarchy Same icon.

The object is the same in each of the compared systems (Same).

Hierarchy Different icon.

The object is different in each of the compared systems (Different).

Hierarchy In 1 icon.

The object exists in the first compared system only (In1).

Hierarchy In 2 icon.

The object exists in the second compared system only (In2).

Hierarchy Not Compared icon.

The object was not compared (NotCompared).

Hierarchy Can’t Compare icon.

The object could not be compared (CantCompare).

IMG Table Summary

Click the ‘IMG Table Summary’ link on a report page to display a summary of the report page’s tables. The summary is shown in a table which has the following columns:

Column Description
Status An icon indicating the object’s comparison status.
Name The name of a table. Click a link in this column to display the table’s comparison details.
Description The description of the compared table.
Same The number of table rows that are the same in each of the compared systems.
Different The number of table rows that are different in each of the compared systems.
Only in <System 1> The number of table rows that are in the first compared system only.
Only in <System 2> The number of table rows that are in the second compared system only.
