The Apps Monitor screen lists the Apps that
are running, queued or have failed in each of LiveCompare’s registered
workspaces. Note that if LiveCompare is project-controlled
and you are logged in as an Editor, the screen only displays Apps that
are available in the currently selected project. If you are logged in
as an Administrator, the screen displays all the running, queued and failed
Apps.
The Apps Monitor screen displays a table with
the following columns. Click a heading to sort the table by values in
the selected column.
App
The name of an App.
User
The name of the workflow. Click a link in the
Workflow column to display the selected workflow.
Status
The execution status for the App. This column
contains one of the following values:

Running
A variant of the App is currently running. These rows are highlighted in green. Click the ‘+’ icon to display the
associated username and the start time for the execution.
InQueue
The App variant has been queued because the
limit on the number of workflows that can be run at the same time has
been reached. These rows are highlighted in pink. As running workflows
complete, any variants will be started automatically in sequence. Click
the ‘+’ icon to display name of the user who executed the queued variant.
Aborting
The App variant is aborting. These rows are
highlighted in yellow. Click the ‘+’ icon to display further details.
Aborted
The App variant has been aborted.
ErrorTermination
The App variant terminated with an error. These
rows are highlighted in red. Click the ‘+’ icon to display further details.
UnknownTermination
The App variant terminated with an unknown
error. Click the ‘+’ icon to display further details.
To refresh the display periodically after a
specified number of seconds, enter a value in the ‘Refresh Interval:’
field and click ‘Set Interval’. To prevent the display from being refreshed,
click ‘Stop Refresh’. To refresh the display immediately, click ‘Refresh
Now’.
