Select the Data/Report Templates/Excel Templates
folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy to display the Excel Templates (Report
Templates Folder) screen. This screen shows the Microsoft Excel template
worksheets that have been uploaded to the LiveCompare server. When configuring
the Create Excel Report action
these templates are available for selection as the value of the action’s
Template Workbook property.
To open a template worksheet, click its link
in the main part of the screen. If you have LiveCompare Editor or Administrator privileges, upload a new template worksheet by clicking ‘Browse…’,
browse for a file with an .xlsx extension, and then clicking ‘Upload’.
A confirmation dialog is displayed if the template has already been uploaded.
Excel templates are stored in the <LiveCompare
install dir>\web\shared\reporttemplates\ExcelReports directory on the LiveCompare
server.
