Hierarchy Context Menus - LiveCompare Editors
These context menus apply to items in the LiveCompare hierarchy.
| Menu Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Set Current Project | Available for individual projects. Sets the selected project as the current project for this user. |
| New RFC Destination… | Available from the Administration/RFC Destinations folder or an RFC Destinations Folder. Creates a new RFC Destination. |
| New RFC Destinations Folder | Available from the Administration/RFC Destinations folder or an RFC Destinations Folder. Creates a new RFC Destinations Folder. |
| Test Connection | Tests the currently selected RFC Destination. |
| Export RFC Destination | Exports the SAP tables required by the Analyze ABAP Quality action from the selected RFC Destination to a cache database. Please do not use this option unless you are asked to by Tricentis Technical Support. |
| New Test Repository… | Available from the Administration/Test Repositories folder. Creates a new Test Repository. |
| Discover ALM Clients | Available from the Administration/Test Repositories folder. Copies the required LiveCompare ALM components to any discovered ALM clients. |
| New S3 Bucket... | Available from the Administration/S3 Buckets folder. Creates a new S3 Bucket. |
| Import App | Available from the App Store folder. Allows an App to be imported into the App Store. |
| New External Data Source... | Available from the Data/External Data Sources folder or an External Data Folder. Creates a new External Data Source. |
| New External Data Folder | Available from the Data/External Data Sources folder or an External Data Folder. Creates a new External Data Folder. |
| New Vault... | Available from the Data/Vaults folder or a Vault Folder. Creates a new Vault. |
| New Vault Folder | Available from the Data/Vaults folder or a Vault Folder. Creates a new Vault Folder. |
| View Contents | Displays the contents of the selected Vault. |
| New Java File... | Available from the Data/Java Files folder. Creates a new Java File. |
| New Workflow Template Folder | Creates a new workflow template folder underneath the currently selected read-write workflow template folder. The folder is created as a directory on the LiveCompare server. |
| Create Workspace | Available from the Workspaces folder. Creates a new workspace. |
| Register Workspace | Available from the Workspaces folder. Registers an existing workspace. |
| Export Workspace | Exports the currently selected workspace to a ZIP file on the LiveCompare server. The ZIP file may be downloaded to a directory on your own machine. |
| New Workflow | Available from a workspace’s Workflows folder. Creates a new workflow. |
| Sort Children | Available from a workspace’s Workflows folder. Arranges the workflows in alphabetical order. |
| New Data Store | Available from a workspace’s Data Stores folder. Creates a new Data Store. |
| Delete | Deletes the currently selected hierarchy object (if possible). A confirmation dialog is displayed. Note that if a workflow template folder is deleted, any workflow templates or folders it contains are also removed from the server. |
| Rename | Renames the currently selected hierarchy object (if possible) using in-line editing. |
| Reload Children | Reloads the children of the currently selected hierarchy object. |
Workflow Context Menus
| Menu Item | Description |

| Delete | Deletes the currently selected workflow. A confirmation dialog is displayed. |
| Rename | Renames the currently selected workflow using in-line editing. A workflow should not be renamed if it is called by either the Start Workflow or Run Workflow action. Workflows that are registered as Apps or Web Services should not be renamed. |
| Run Now | Runs the currently selected workflow. |
| Schedule Run | Schedules the execution of the currently selected workflow. |
| View Source | Displays the XML source code for the currently selected workflow. |
| Abort Run | Aborts the execution of the currently selected workflow. |
| View Source | Displays the XML source code for the workflow. The ‘Modified’ tag in a workflow’s XML code displays the date and time when the workflow was last modified. |
| Copy Here | Creates a copy of the workflow and adds it to the current workspace. If the workflow to be copied has unsaved changes, the last saved version of the workflow is copied, and the user is prompted to save their changes to the original workflow. The first copy of a workflow is named <Workflow Name>_2. |
| Copy to Workspace... | Copies the selected workflow to the specified workspace. |
| Add to Library | Copies the selected workflow to ‘Data/Workflow Library’ hierarchy folder. Any dependent workflows called by the Run Workflow action are also copied if they do not already exist in the Workflow Library. |
| Register as App | Starts the Register Workflow as App Wizard, which allows the workflow to be registered as an App. |
| Register as Web Service | Starts the Register Workflow as Web Service Wizard, which allows the workflow to be registered as a Web Service. |
| Export Workflow | Exports the selected workflow and its data to a ZIP file on the LiveCompare server. The ZIP file includes any other workflows in the current workspace, but not their data. The ZIP file may be downloaded to a directory on your own machine. |
| Reload Children | Reloads the children of the currently selected hierarchy object. |
