Editing Projects

If you have LiveCompare Administrator privileges, projects may be edited by carrying out the following steps:

  1. Select a Project from the Administration/Projects folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy and click ‘Edit’ in the Details pane. The Edit Project screen is displayed for the selected project.
  2. Edit the project name or description as required. Modify the users, workspaces, RFC Destinations, External Data Sources, Apps, LUXes, Test Repositories or S3 Buckets assigned to the project by selecting check boxes in the appropriate tabs.

  3. Click ‘Save’ to save any changes.

Note that any of the available Apps may be assigned to a project. Users assigned to a project may access Apps whose categories match their assigned DevOps Teams (as well as Apps that have not been assigned to a category).

A project may be renamed by selecting it in the Administration/Projects folder and choosing ‘Rename’ from the context menu. Alternatively, select the project in the hierarchy and press F2 to perform in-line editing.
