RFC Destinations Folders

RFC Destinations Folders are subfolders of the Administration/RFC Destinations folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy. If you have Administrator or LiveCompare Editor privileges, these folders allow you to organize the Administration/RFC Destinations folder by grouping related RFC Destinations together.

Creating RFC Destinations Folders

To create an RFC Destinations Folder, carry out the following steps:

  1. Select the Administration/RFC Destinations folder or an existing RFC Destinations Folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy, and choose ‘New > RFC Destination…’ from the context menu.
  2. Provide a name for the RFC Destinations Folder by editing the folder’s label.

Moving RFC Destinations into a Folder

To move an RFC Destination into an RFC Destinations Folder, drag it from its current hierarchy location and drop it onto the target RFC Destinations Folder. RFC Destinations Folders (along with their contents) may also be dragged and dropped to create nested folders.

Renaming RFC Destinations Folders

To rename an RFC Destinations Folder, select it in the hierarchy and press F2 or choose ‘Rename’ from the context menu. Provide a new name for the RFC Destinations Folder using in-line editing.

Deleting RFC Destinations Folders

To delete an RFC Destinations Folder, select it in the Administration/RFC Destinations hierarchy and choose ‘Delete’ from the context menu. A confirmation dialog is displayed. When an RFC Destinations Folder is deleted, all of its children are also deleted.

If LiveCompare is project-controlled and an RFC Destinations Folder contains no RFC Destinations that are accessible to the user in their current project, the RFC Destinations Folder is not shown.
