Creating Vaults

Vaults allow SAP table data or workflow Table datasets that may change over time to be recorded and compared. Vaults are accessible from the Data/Vaults folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy. This folder may contain child Vault Folders which allow you to group related Vaults together.

If you have Administrator or LiveCompare Editor privileges, a Vault can be created by carrying out the following steps:

  1. Select the Data/Vaults folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy and choose ‘New > Vault...’ from the context menu.
  2. Complete the Add Vault screen as follows:
Field Description
Name: A unique name that will identify the Vault.
Description: A description for the Vault.
  1. Click ‘Save’ to save the Vault.

To access a Vault from a workflow, assign it to a Vault parameter.
