Transport List to Transport Selections
This workflow creates a table of transport selections from a simple table of transport IDs. The workflow may be used to make it easier to specify a large set of transports for the Impact Analysis workflows. You can either copy and paste the contents of this workflow into another workflow, or use a Run Workflow action to call this workflow directly. In either case, you should edit the Transport List Table parameter to specify the transport IDs.
The result of this workflow is a Transport Selections Table dataset, which may be used as the Source table for the Get Transport Objects action. The Transport Selections dataset has the following columns:

Preparing the Workflow
To prepare the Transport List to Transport Selections workflow, drag its workflow template from the Templates folder into your own workspace, then modify the workflow as follows:
To specify a set of Transport IDs

Select the Transport List parameter and choose ‘Edit Table’ from its context menu to display the Table Editor dialog.

Enter one or more transport names from the Source system, or paste in a selection of transport names from an Excel spreadsheet , then click ‘Save’.
Save the workflow using the 'Save' toolbar button.
Running the Workflow
To run the Transport List to Transport Selections workflow, click the ‘Run’ toolbar button, choose ‘Run Now’ from the workflow’s context menu or press F5. The currently running workflow action is marked with an animated display. When the workflow execution has completed, select the Application Statistics dataset and choose ‘View Details’ from the context menu to view the transport selections.
Once you have verified the transport selections, you may either copy and paste the workflow’s contents into another workflow (such as the Smart Impact Analysis workflow), or use a Run Workflow action to call this workflow. In either case, the Transport Selections dataset from this workflow should be used in the target workflow.
