Modify the duration of a running Cloud session

The duration of a running Cloud session can be modified in the Online Cloud Console with the Load Generators > My Cloud sessions command.

• Information: The duration of a running Cloud session can be modified in the same way from the NeoLoad Controller through the Cloud Console with the Edit button.

The My Cloud sessions screen is displayed.

Selecting "Running" in the Session Status drop-down list before clicking on the Search button displays the list of the running sessions.

For a selected running session, a click on the Edit command displays the My Cloud session / View session screen.

In this screen, next to the Duration value, a click on Edit makes it possible to display the My Cloud sessions / Edit session screen.

The Duration selection list allows modifying the length in hours of the session.

The Cost group box shows the credits/VUHs Available against the

• credits/VUHs Reserved before update, and
• credits/VUHs Reserved after update according to the duration modified above. If credits or VUHs are missing for the Load Generators or Virtual Users selected, the information is displayed in red, and a link gives access to the Neotys Online Store to add more credits or VUHs on the fly.

A click on the Validate button enforces the new parameters of the running Cloud session.

• To modify the duration of a running Cloud session in the online Cloud Console

1. Open the Cloud Console:
   • Online
   • In the NeoLoad Controller, with the Open Cloud Console toolbar button, then with the online Cloud Console link.
2. Enter your E-mail and Password. Click Sign-In. The My Cloud sessions screen is displayed.
3. In Session Status, select "Running".
4. Select the running session to modify.
5. Click Edit. The My reservations / View session screen is displayed.
6. In Duration, you can click Edit. The My Cloud sessions / Edit session screen is displayed.
7. In Duration, you can change the duration of the session.
8. In Cost, check that you have enough credits/VUHs for this change.
9. Click Validate.

• To modify the duration of a running Cloud session in the Cloud Console of the NeoLoad Controller

1. In the NeoLoad Controller, click on the Open Cloud Console toolbar button. If prompted, connect to the NeoLoad Cloud Platform.
2. In the Cloud Console, click Refresh the session information.
3. Select the running session to modify. Click Edit the session. The Cloud Session Modification dialog box is displayed.
4. In Duration, you can change the number of hours for the session.
5. In Cost, check that you have enough credits/VUHs for this change.
6. Click OK.
