Database Change

We have replaced MongoDB with PostgreSQL. If you're upgrading Parameters. the Prompt Installer includes a step to migrate data from MongoDB to PostgreSQL.

Node.js Upgrade

Node.js version has been upgraded to 10.12.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

NA	Security	Passwords are now encoded and stored in qTest.config file. Previously, it was stored as plain text
23133	Parameter	When trying to assign a parameter to a new project, and remove it from an already assigned project at the same time, the internal server error occurred. This has been resolved.
20942	Dataset	Previously, there was an issue selecting a Parameter value inside a dataset when using a mouse. This is now resolved.
