Create a Test Session

A test session represents an uninterrupted period of time that testers carry out during their testing activities. Our Sessions module allows teams to create a detailed or abstract session based charters to guide their recorded session with qTest Explorer. 

To create a new session, click +Session and fill out the details below: 

1. Session Title 

2. Tags: Tags can be used to filter * on the main page 

3. Planned time: Most test sessions are conducted in one hour and thirty minutes time blocks, but you can change planned time if needed

4. Assigned To 

5. Description 

6. Test Charter:  Test charters are used for narrowing the scope of test activity during your test session
