Create, Edit and Archive Parameters

qTest Manager features Parameters to manage testing data for Test Case steps. You can now include parameters in Test Cases and define parameter values to create Test Runs. Users can create, edit, and archive Parameters.

Accessing Parameters

Select Parameters from the 9-box in the upper right corner of the qTest header.

The default Parameters page is displayed. This page provides a list of parameters which belong to all qTest Manager projects that you can access. Each row of the grid is a parameter with an identifier, status, description, and its last modified date and time.

When a parameter is used in a qTest Manager Test Case, it is counted as "used." When a parameter is defined in a dataset, it is also counted as "used."
