Before You Begin
qTest Automation Host is a Java-based application with Java Runtime Environment (JRE) embedded. You do not need to install Java to run the Automation Host.
If you are integrating your Java-based test framework with Automation Host, such as TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or JBehave. You DO need to install Java. Install the Java version compatible with your test framework, to the host machine, in order for the Automation Host to kick-off your test project with that installed JRE.
