INC0272513	Test Execution	When moving a Test Cycle from one Tree element to another, users experienced an error: "There has been an unexpected error and some of the objects could not be moved successfully." This has been fixed.
INC0289103	Integration with Rally	Users experienced an error when submitting a defect in Rally through qTest Manager. This has been fixed.
INC0279136, INC0287432	Export Objects/Reports	Exporting Test Runs or Defects for existing Releases with Planned Start Dates and Planned End Dates were showing one day off in value. This has been fixed.
INC0283770	Test Plan	When user's local time zone is from UTC -0:00 to UTC -12:00, Projects with Planned Start Dates and Planned End Dates were showing one day off in value. This has been fixed.
INC0287898	Requirements tab	When users opened a requirement on the Requirements tab, they experienced a 500 error. This was due to the requirement belonging to a module that has more than 32k requirement IDs and has been fixed.
INC0288249	Integration with Jira	Users experienced a 403 failure when attempting to sync qTest with Jira more than once in succession. This issue has been resolved.
INC0280931, INC0283493	Requirements tab	Users were unable to filter Requirements, select cut/copy and then paste it into another module. This has been fixed.
