Configuration files of Tricentis Test Automation for SAP can be modified in order to either customize existing settings or to add new, specific settings.

Any changes to the configuration files should exclusively be made by administrators.

This chapter describes the following configuration files in greater detail:

• TOSCACommander.exe.config: includes Test Automation for SAP Commander settings

• Tricentis.Automation.RelayService.exe.config: includes settings for the Test Automation for SAP XBrowser Engine 3.0 (Test Automation for SAP TBox)

• DbRepositorySchemaMigrator.exe.config: includes DbRepositorySchemaMigrator settings

• user.<Version>.config: includes user-specific settings

Test Automation for SAP will handle settings which you specify in the user.<Version>.config file with higher priority than the according settings of the TOSCACommander.exe.config file.

The file format of the configuration files is XML.

New setting collections must be specified in the corresponding sectionGroup of the section <configSections>.
