Command list filter by

Lets you enter a filter for the list of commands.

The available commands.

Current shortcut

Shows the current shortcut for the selected command in the list.

Remove

Deletes the current shortcut for the selected command in the list. This button is only available if the currently selected command has a shortcut.

Protected shortcuts can not be deleted or changed. If you attempt to do so, you will see a message to this effect.

New shortcut

Allows you to set a new shortcut for the currently selected command, as described below.

Assign

Assigns the new shortcut to the selected command in the list.

This button is only available if a valid shortcut was entered in the New shortcut field. Protected shortcuts can not be deleted or changed. If you attempt to do so, you will see a message to this effect.

New shortcut currently used by

Shows the command that currently uses the shortcut entered in the New shortcut field (if applicable).

Set New shortcut

Allows you to set a new shortcut for the currently selected command. When the cursor is in this field, any shortcuts for controlling the dialog do not have their normal effect but are registered as a new shortcut instead.

Some commands and their shortcuts are protected since they are linked to essential functions. These shortcuts can not be deleted or changed.
