View types and records in a repository

In case security is enabled and the selected repository is authorized, the functionality described on this page may be restricted depending on the user groups you belong to. Contact your Administrator for access rights (read/write content and change configuration).

The Types column on the left displays all types available in the currently selected repository. The number on the right of the type name indicates the number of records of this type.

To view records, click on the respective type in the Types column.

The Test Data Management displays all records of the selected type on the right side of the page.

To see more records, scroll down. The list gets reloaded dynamically.
