The following options are available for selection from the context menu of file attachments:
Open
The required file is opened in edit mode. Alternatively, you can also open files with a double-click. The external program to open the file is defined through Microsoft® Windows.
Open with
A dialog window opens where you can define the program to be used for opening the required file in edit mode.
Save Copy to
This option creates a copy of the file. It is only available for embedded files
