Scenario Manager
The Scenario Manager allows you to manage an exploratory scenario. The Scenario Manager opens whenever you create a new scenario or edit an existing one.
In the Scenario Manager you can perform the following actions:
Navigate the Scenario Manager
In the Scenario Manager you can choose between a Media view and a List view.
Your created design screenshots, result screenshots, videos and attachments are stored in the TestStep. The name of the TestStep indicates the application you recorded, whereas the TestStepValue name indicates the type of the recorded interaction. You can edit these names after the recording if required.

To show the name of an option in the Scenario Manager, hover over an icon to display its tooltip.
The following options are available in the Scenario Manager:

Description |

Save and Close |
Saves the current scenario and exits the Scenario Manager. The captured scenario is assigned to the according tester. |
Save and Next |
Saves the current scenario and continues immediately with a new one. |
Export |
Exports the scenario as PDF file (see chapter "Export exploratory testing results"). |
Raise Issue |
Raises a new issue proposal (see chapter "Raise issue proposal"). |
Media |
Switches to the Media view. |
List |
Switches to the List view. |
Video |
Starts recording a video (see chapter "Record videos"). The video is added to the scenario as a TestStep. |
Interactions |
Starts capturing interactions (see chapter "Record interactions"). |
Create Step |
Creates a TestStep for the scenario. |
Create Value |
Creates a TestStepValue for the selected TestStep. |
Delete Item |
Removes a TestStep or a TestStepValue. |
Set Passed |
Sets the result of the selected TestStep to Passed. Any prior steps without a result are also set to Passed. |
Set Failed |
The result of the selected TestStep is set to Failed. |
Undo |
The previous action is undone. |
Redo |
The previous action is redone. |
List view in the Scenario Manager
The List view shows all TestSteps and TestStepValues of your scenario in a collapsed display. In the minimized window of the List view you can click on the icons or in the upper-left tab to collapse or expand the scenario tree and window. Use the icons or to hide or show the Scenario Manager window.
Click on the List button to switch to the List view in the Scenario Manager.

Media view in the Scenario Manager
The Media view shows all TestSteps and TestStepValues of your scenario in an expanded display. The system creates a design screenshot for each interaction which also includes annotations regarding the interaction.
Click on the Media button to switch to the Media view in the Scenario Manager.

To navigate through the steps of your scenario, click on the Navigate Steps icons at the bottom of the window.
