Assign users to groups

Within Tricentis User Administration Admins can assign users to a specific user group.

To do so, follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Groups overview and select the group to which you want to assign users. This opens the details view of the selected group.

  1. In the details view of the group, click Assign users.

  1. In the subsequent dialog, select the user(s) that you want to assign to the group. To do so, select the respective check boxes.

    To find specific users, filter the overview list by typing into the Type to filter ... text field.

  2. Click on Assign.

    The column on the right side of the screen displays all users that you intend to assign. If you want to remove a user from this list, select the respective check box and click Remove.

  1. Click the Save button to save the assignment.
