Administrate users and user groups

This section provides an overview of the two ways of user management: 

Tosca Commander User management

If you want to manage multiple users for one project, use Tosca Commander User management. User management in Tosca involves creating, enabling, and disabling users, assigning users to user groups, and setting passwords.

Tricentis User Administration

If you want to centrally manage multiple users and user groups in Tosca Server across multiple projects, use Tricentis User Administration. Tricentis User Administration enables you to invite users, create and manage user groups, synchronize user groups from Active Directory and manage access to projects.
