The Tosca Outlook Engine is installed by default as part of a complete Tricentis Tosca installation.
If you would like to create Microsoft Outlook TestCases, you need Modules for the Tosca Outlook Engine. You can download Tosca Outlook modules and sample test cases as outlook-engine.zip package from the Support Portal and import them as a subset into Tosca Commander™.
