Elastic Execution Grid integration

Elastic Execution Grid is a cloud-based environment where you can store, run, and track tests over time.

If you integrate Tricentis Tosca with Elastic Execution Grid, you can create your tests in Tricentis Tosca and run them in Elastic Execution Grid.

Why Elastic Execution Grid?

  • Elastic Execution Grid is fast. It gives you reliable results within minutes, no matter how many machines you have, or how complex your tests are.

  • Elastic Execution Grid is smart. Smooth automation and recovery eliminate flaky tests.

  • Elastic Execution Grid is framework-agnostic. You can use it with a variety of test frameworks, such as Tricentis Tosca, software of other vendors, or open source products.

Elastic Execution Grid is an early access feature and available as a tech preview.

Admin tasks: enable the integration

To integrate Tricentis Tosca and Elastic Execution Grid, an admin user must first enable the integration.

You can enable the integration in the following ways:

  • Via Elastic Execution Grid Addin.

  • Via Automation Object Service (AOS).

For information on the difference between these options and how to enable them, see chapter "Enable the Elastic Execution Grid integration".

User tasks: run tests in Elastic Execution Grid

Once an admin has enabled the integration, Tosca users can run their Tosca tests in Elastic Execution Grid.

For information on how to do so, see chapter "Run tests in Elastic Execution Grid".
