Manage Cloud licenses

If you are a dedicated license manager with administrative rights, you can perform the following actions:

  • invite users

  • remove users

You can do so in the Cloud License Servers view in the Tricentis Support Hub.

Access the Cloud License Servers view

To access the Cloud License Servers view, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Tricentis Support Hub and navigate to Admin Space->Cloud License Servers.

  1. In the My Cloud Servers section, select the server that you want to manage. This redirects you to the Cloud License Overview page.

  2. Click Manage in the respective row of the license that you want to manage. You can deactivate or delete a license.

Invite users

You can add the following types of users:

  • Users with an existing Tricentis Support Hub account. These users immediately get access to your Cloud licenses.

  • Users without an existing Tricentis Support Hub account. These users need to create an account before they can get access to your Cloud licenses.

    If you add users without an existing Tricentis Support Hub account, the Cloud License Overview only shows their email address and not their name.

To invite users, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Invite section, enter the user's email address into the Email entry field.

  2. Ensure that the Active checkbox is selected.

  3. Click the button.

Grant access to server

Remove users

You can revoke access to Cloud licenses in one of two ways:

  • Deactivate a user if you might want to re-grant them access at a later point. In this case, you keep their information.

    To deactivate a user, click Manage in the respective row and enable the Deactivate checkbox.

  • Delete a user if you are sure you will not grant them access again.

    To delete a user, click Manage in the respective row and select Delete.
