Deprecated: As a step toward removing a feature, we will no longer provide customer or technical support, such as bug fixes. Customers may continue to use the feature as long as there is an active plan to migrate to the replacement functionality by the End of Life date.

End of Life: A feature is in the end of its useful life. We intend to stop selling, supporting, or sustaining it in favor of recently developed and improved functionality.

DEPRECATION AND END OF LIFE NOTICE
Tricentis has deprecated Tricentis Analytics (TA) versions 1.5.1 and earlier effective April 1 2020. This means that the deprecated product will reach its End of Life on August 19, 2021 or when the replacement solution, Tricentis Analytics version 2.0, is released for General Availability, whichever comes first.

What does this mean?
Tricentis is deprecating TA (refer to the chart above for more details), which means that these versions of the product can still be used but we will no longer be supporting or updating the product as we are taking a step toward removing it. You may continue to use the product as long as you plan to migrate to the replacement functionality by the End of Life date mentioned above.
Why is Tricentis deprecating these TA versions and what can I expect to use instead?
As a Tricentis customer, your subscription pays for continuous improvement of our products. After investigation, market research, and collecting customer feedback, we have decided to deprecate Tricentis Analytics versions 1.5.1 and earlier. Innovation brings change and most importantly an improved alternative to the deprecated functionality. Instead of TA v1.5.1 and earlier, we will be providing you with a new reporting solution, Tricentis Analytics v2.0, which will be released as a Tech Preview soon.
What will happen if I try to use the product after the End of Life date?
Upon the End of Life date, Tricentis Analytics versions 1.5.1 and earlier will no longer be supported products. Continued use of the products will likely result in errors, such as a loss of license access.
