RPA Orchestrator requirements

The machine on which you install RPA Orchestrator must fulfill the following minimum requirements:

Required database
Microsoft® SQL Server 2016 or later

RPA Cockpit supports the following browsers:

Microsoft® Internet Explorer	version 11
Microsoft® Edge	2 most recent major versions
Mozilla Firefox	latest version
Google Chrome	latest version
Safari	2 most recent major versions

To use RPA Orchestrator, you must have:

A running Docker environment for Windows

Windows Server 2019, version 1809 or later OR Windows 10, version 1809 or later OR Windows Server 2016 LTSC

The Windows Feb 11, 2020 security patch.

Your Docker environment must have Process Isolation enabled for hosting Tricentis RPA Orchestrator.

If you want to run Docker in VMWare, you have to enable HW virtualization. In this case, Tricentis recommends the following environment:

The machines on which you install your Agents must fulfill the following minimum requirements:

Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7.1

Windows 10

Tricentis RPA Execution Agent version 2020.4 (see "Compatibility of RPA Orchestrator").

Your Agents perform the actions you defined during the Bot design in RPA Studio (see "A note on Agents"). Consequently, your Agents must fulfill the same system requirements as your Bots (see the RPA Studio system requirements).

You don't need any licenses or workspaces to use the Agent for Tricentis RPA.

How much server capacity you need depends on how many Agents you want to run.

With the example setup below, you can run 250 Agents in parallel.
