Storage
Tricentis Test Management for Jira offers 50 GB of storage for your test data and attachments, such as screenshots, recordings, or other test artifacts. However, we currently don't enforce storage limits. See the next question for more details.
We currently don't enforce storage limits. This means you can exceed the 50 GB limit as long as you use the product in accordance with our acceptable use policy. Keep in mind, however, that we might charge for excess storage in the future. If that happens, users will be notified enough time in advance.
Most test data consists of test case attachments and/or test artifacts. If your tests contain large videos or high-resolution screen captures, your can quickly use up your storage allowance.
We recommend that you always use a sustainable file attachment policy in your team:

Define a standard video and screen capture file format for the whole team.
