What's new in Tricentis Test Management for Jira 14.9.0
With the release of Tricentis Test Management for Jira 14.9.0, we give you more ways to track your testing, additional migration options, and improved AI test case creation. Plus, user experience improvements.
Link Jira issues to your test cycles
We've made it much easier to keep track of what you've already tested and what you still need to test. Our new linking features lets you link any Jira issue, except test cases, directly to your test cycles. For example, now you can link defects or requirements.
You can link issues to existing test cycles, or you can create new test cycles that are already linked to an issue.

Migrate your test data from other providers
We know it's hard to keep your test artifacts tidy and safe in the same place if you work with multiple testing tools and providers. Why not have all of that in Tricentis Test Management for Jira?
Now, you can migrate select test case data from Zephyr and Xray. Ask your administrator to set up the migration in the Tricentis Test Management for Jira settings.
Is your current provider not supported by our newest migration tool? No problem. Simply import all your test artifacts in bulk with this Excel template.
Add context to your AI prompts
Whenever you're using our AI tools to create test cases, you want the fastest, most reliable result you can get with each prompt.
To customize your results even further, we've added a context window where you can describe your product's functionality, key screens, and user flows. After you add this context, the AI uses your information to generate results with even more accuracy.

Other additions and changes
You can now also do these things:
Review any defects you've linked to a test case in the new Defects tab located on each Test Case.
Structure the contents of your test cycles by creating folders.
Export your traceability matrix as an Excel file.
