To install Tricentis Test Automation for ServiceNow Application, carry out the following steps:

1. Extract the capio-application-<version no>.xml file\ from the capio-app.zip archive.

2. Within ServiceNow, navigate to Retrieved Update Sets.

3. Select the Related Link Import Update Set from XML.

4. Choose and upload the extracted XML file.

5. Preview the contents of the Update Set.

6. If there are any errors, select Skip Remote Update.

7. Commit the Update Set.
