LiveCompare Reports

LiveCompare includes a number of workflow actions which generate reports from retrieved data or comparison results.

Create ABAP Report	Generates reports showing the ABAP source code improvements returned by the Analyze ABAP Quality action.
Create Access Report	Writes Table datasets to Access database tables.
Create CSV Report	Writes Table datasets to CSV files.
Create Dashboard Report	Generates Dashboard reports from Table datasets.
Create Excel Report	Writes Table datasets to Excel spreadsheets.
Create Hierarchy Report	Generates HTML reports from Hierarchy datasets.
Create HTML Report	Generates HTML reports from Table datasets.
Create Java Impact Report	Generates comparison and impact reports from Java class files.
Create Object Details Report	Generates HTML reports for objects retrieved from SAP.
Create Object Differences Report	Generates Tier 2 comparison reports for objects retrieved from RFC Destinations or LUXes.
Create Table Set Report	Generates HTML reports from Table Set datasets.
Create PowerPoint Report	Writes a Table dataset to the source for a PowerPoint chart.
Create Vault Report	Generates a comparison report for objects stored in a Vault.
Create View Report	Generates HTML reports from View datasets.
Send Email	Generates a report containing the email’s message text.

ABAP, Email, Hierarchy, HTML, Object Differences, Table Set, Transport Object Versions, Vault and View reports may be customized to include a company logo.

Reports generated in a particular workspace may be accessed from the workspace’s Reports folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy. Choose ‘Reload Children’ from the folder’s context menu to list any newly-generated reports. Each report is identified by a report name. If the report action’s Fixed parameter is set to ‘false’, the report’s name also includes a time stamp indicating when it was generated.

To open a report, select the report object in the LiveCompare hierarchy and click the ‘Open Report’ link in the Details pane. Alternatively, select the Reports folder to display a list of all the reports generated for a workspace, then click a link in the ‘Report’ column.
