Support for SCRAM-SHA-256 PostgreSQL authentication
The PostgreSQL authentication method has been updated to SCRAM-SHA-256 for encryption.
For a procedure on changing your local PostgreSQL password authentication to SCRAM-SHA-256, refer to Change PostgreSQL Password Authentication to SCRAM-SHA-256.
