Cancel TestEvents

With the Distributed Execution Monitor, you can perform the following actions:

• cancel an entire TestEvent

• cancel an ExecutionList within a TestEvent

One TestEvent can contain several ExecutionLists. When you cancel a TestEvent or an ExecutionList, the Tosca Distribution Agent will first finish the current TestCase and then halt the execution. If this TestCase is the last TestCase within a TestEvent, the agent will report the TestEvent as executed rather than canceled.

Cancel a TestEvent

To cancel a TestEvent, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Distributed Execution Monitor.

2. In the Event View, click Cancel in the row of the respective TestEvent.

Cancel an ExecutionList

To cancel an ExecutionList, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Distributed Execution Monitor.

2. In the Event View, click on the TestEvent that contains the ExecutionList you want to cancel.

   The TestEvent window opens.

3. Click Cancel in the row of the respective ExecutionList.
