Settings - Tosca Viewer

The following settings can be found under Settings->TOSCAViewer.

It is required to specify beforehand which program should be used for visualizing various data (file extensions) so that data of an execution result (test state) can be displayed directly from Tosca Commander™. The programs set in Microsoft® Windows are used by default. If there are no settings for certain file extensions, Tosca Viewer is used for specifying the file extensions (see chapter "Specify programs in the Tosca Viewer"). The command line for Tosca Viewer is specified as Details Viewer in this setting.

${TRICENTIS_HOME}\dll\TOSCAViewer.exe -m "<metasettings>" -language "<language>" -role "<role>" -base "<base>" -dump "<dump>"

  • <metasettings>: path to the metasettings file.

  • <language>: valid values for the language are "en" or"de".

  • <role>: valid values for the user rights are ""(standard user) or "admin" (admin mode)

  • <base>: path to the file base

  • <dump>: path to the file dump

The path to the file extensions can be specified via the Tosca Viewer or via the Settings dialog.
