Create sessions with the Exploratory Testing Agent

Exploratory testers may create exploratory sessions by using the Exploratory Testing Agent. Sessions are created via a landing page in your browser which is referred to as Exploratory Testing Server.

Use Case

Persons who are not part of the test team and who do not have Tosca Commander installations on their workstations, may create sessions via the Exploratory Testing Agent.

Whenever testers create a session, they will appoint a contact person who is specified as the session owner of this session and who will receive a notification as soon as testers have terminated the session. The session owner may then import the session and the test results into Tosca Commander (see chapter "Import test results via the Session ID").
