A.00 - Audit SAP Security Administration
This workflow runs each of the SAP Security Administration workflows from the Audit package in turn. Select the Templates folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy to access help links for each of these workflows.

Results from the A.01 - Unlocked Terminated Users workflow are stored in the Results_A01 Table dataset.

Results from the A.02 - Dormant users workflow are stored in the Results_A02 Table dataset.

Results from the A.03 - SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW workflow are stored in the Results_A03 Table dataset.

Results from the A.04 - Global change options - Components workflow are stored in the Results_A04 Table dataset.

Results from the A.05 - Global change options - Namespaces workflow are stored in the Results_A05 Table dataset.

Results from the A.06 - Client change settings workflow are stored in the Results_A06 Table dataset.
Each of these datasets is used to generate an Excel report.
Creating RFC Destinations
Before you begin, you will need to create an RFC Destination for the SAP system you wish to analyze.
Preparing the Workflow
To prepare the A.00 - Audit SAP Security Administration workflow, drag its workflow template from the Templates folder into your own workspace, and modify the workflow as follows:
To specify the systems to analyze:

Select the System to Audit parameter and choose ‘Edit RFC Destination’ from its context menu to display the RFC Destination dialog.

Select the RFC Destination for the system to audit, then click ‘Save’.
Save the workflow using the 'Save’ toolbar button.
Running the Workflow
To run the A.00 - Audit SAP Security Administration workflow, click the ‘Run’ toolbar button, choose ‘Run Now’ from the diagram’s context menu, or press F5. The currently running workflow action is marked with an animated display. When the workflow execution has completed, select the Report URL dataset and choose ‘View Details’ from the context menu to access the generated report.
