Schedule view

The schedule view is available on all folders within the Tricentis Tosca TestPlanning component. It gives you an overview of your test planning schedule, including all sessions and milestones, for the selected folder and all its sub-folders.

To view your test planning schedule, follow the steps below: 

1. Select the TestPlanning folder whose schedule you want to view.

2. Click on the Schedule tab.

Session bars

The bars in the Schedule tab represent each session. Their color depends on the status of the session.

• Green: means that all tasks have been completed .

• Dark gray: means that the tasks are still in progress, but the session end date is in the future.

• Light gray: means that the session is planned, e.g. the session contains no tasks, or the tasks are not completed yet.

• Orange: means that the session is in progress. The session end date has passed and not all tasks have been completed.

Jump to session or milestone

You can jump from the schedule view in the Schedule tab directly to a session or a milestone.

To do so, double-click the respective session or milestone.

Get detailed information on a session or milestone

To view the session details, hover over the appropriate session bar.

To view the milestone details, hover over a blue milestone icon/line.

To view the current date, hover over the yellow line.
