Deactivate licenses
If you have activated on-premises licenses by mistake or if you want to re-allocate your licenses, you can deactivate them. This is true for both online activations and offline activations.
Before you start
Make sure you have the Activation IDs of the respective license package.
If you're deactivating licenses from an offline license server, you still need at least one machine with internet access to upload and download files from the Tricentis Support Hub.
Also, keep in mind that while Tosca frees up deactivated licenses immediately, Tricentis Support Hub may take up to three hours to update.
